A separate form must be filled out for each event.
Please note the following before submitting your event.
- Please check the event calendar on this site to make sure your event is not already listed.
- Only events submitted by CVB Partners will be accepted.
- An acceptable entry is defined as an event that is specific in nature and has a beginning and ending date/time.
- Tour companies (unless celebratory or commemorative) are not considered events.
- Charitable Events/Fundraisers may not mention a beneficiary and must be open to the public to be posted.
- Submitting your event to this form does not guarantee approval and you will not be notified of acceptance or denial of your event.
- All events must be approved by the Savannah Convention & Visitors Bureau staff.
- We reserve the right to refuse any event for any reason.
- Submitting an event more than once will not speed up the approval process and may decrease the chances of your event being approved.
